At Shawlkart, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Each piece is carefully inspected before dispatch. However, if you receive an incorrect or damaged item, we will be happy to assist with an exchange or return.


Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with tags intact.
  • Requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Products purchased on sale or during promotional offers are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Customized or altered items are non-returnable.
  • Minor variations in weave, color, or texture are part of the handmade process and not considered defects.

Exchange Process

To request an exchange or return, please contact our support team at support@shawlkart.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Kindly include your order number and product photos for quick assistance.

Once approved, we will guide you through the return pickup or re-dispatch process. Exchanges will be processed once the original item reaches us and passes a quality check.


Refunds

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable. In case of prepaid orders, refund amount will exclude any discounts applied during the purchase.
